Ms. Smith is a Project Manager with 21 years of design and management experience of water, wastewater and storm water treatment and conveyance projects throughout the proposal, preliminary design, permitting, and bid and construction phases. Ms. Smith specializes in assisting clients in obtaining funding through the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank, FEMA, Environmental Protection Agency and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority financing programs throughout her career.
Ms. Smith achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
