Mr. Shulack is a well-rounded environmental professional with 7 years of US-based experience. He has worked with a wide variety of clients and projects, including federal, state and local regulatory authorities. Mr. Shulack also has a significant amount of geotechnical knowledge throughout the eastern US and Europe.
Mr. Shulack achieved a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science from Kean University.
