Senior People Operations Specialist, Operations Support
Ms. Dawson is a People Operations Specialist with PS&S as part of the People Operations Team. Her focus is on the recruiting efforts for the organization as well as other generalist functions within the department. She has previous knowledge and experience in benefits administration, and employee relations. Ms. Dawson is a contributing member of the Social Engagement Committee, Health and Safety Committee and the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee.
Janet earned her Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology from St. Francis College and continued with herMasters of Science Organizational Behavior from NYU-Polytechnic School of Engineering.
