PS&S is proud to serve the Community Association industry across the tri-state area. For years, we've delivered high-quality professional consulting services "to make your job easier" by prioritizing customer satisfaction through exceptional service, personalized solutions, and unwavering dedication to excellence. 

Leading our Community Association Service team is Dave Kiessling, who brings over 35 years of experience in construction management. Mr. Kiessling oversees the daily operations of the department, including tasks such as scheduling field inspectors, managing project assignments, proposal coordination, onsite inspections, developing plan specifications, preparing bidding documents, attending board meetings, handling billings, and driving business development.

The Community Association team includes a diverse group of professionals: civil and structural engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, reserve specialists, building inspectors, and highly skilled support staff.

PS&S is proud to be a business partner member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) across the New Jersey, Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley, Hudson Valley, and North Carolina Chapters. Our staff is actively involved in various CAI committees and boards, contributing to meetings, and events that support all efforts to help shape the industry.
